Meet the Cabinet!

The cabinet members are appointed roles that cover various areas of campus. They work on their own projects and complete their own initiatives, overseen by the Chief of Staff and appointed by the ECOS President. 


Madison Vita (she/her)

Director of Elections - ecoselections@eckerd.edu


Madison Vita is a junior at Eckerd and plans on living in Europe in the future. In this position she shall oversee the elections for ECOS Executive positions with her committee. Furthermore, she works to advertise the elections and makes sure all related election events run smoothly.

Liaison to the Office of Inclusive Excellence  


In this position, they focus on making Eckerd a more inclusive and diverse campus. This can be done through events or by creating safe spaces for minorities on campus. 

Julia Bennet

ECOS-ASPEC Liaison  


Julianna Kinser is originally from Nashville, Tennessee and is currently majoring in Economics and Math and minoring in Arabic. She loves meeting new people so don't be afraid to say hi if you see her around campus! ASPEC stands for Academy of Senior Professionals at Eckerd College. This is a group of older adults dedicated to lifelong and intergenerational learning. There are plenty of opportunities available to students to interact with and benefit from ASPEC. Sara Williams (she/her)

Co-Director of Student Community Standards Board 


We listen to the student's side of an alleged violation and takes that into consideration while promoting a safe, respected on campus community. It's student run, so it's peers listening and considering the statements while determining if the student is or is not responsible for the alleged violation. We strive to be as fair as possible and carefully deliberate each case, so a student coming in for a meeting is always encouraged since it allows us to piece together the most accurate understanding of the alleged violation(s).

Lyla Blanchard (she/her)

Director  of Special Projects - 


Lyla Blanchard is the Director of Special Projects on ECOS. She helps to contact and coordinate with clubs to bring fun and new events to Eckerd. She also works to further cultivate connections on our campus!


Ari Binienda (she/her)

Director of Visibility 


The Director of Visibility monitors all the ECOS social media accounts, including Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

Chloe McKenna (she/her)

Co-Director of the Environmental Responsibility Committee - 


Chloe McKenna is a senior at Eckerd as well. She is a double major in Environmental Studies and Animal Studies with a minor in Political Science. 

Macey Woodlock (she/her)

Macey Woodlock is a senior at Eckerd. She is a double major in International Relations and Environmental Studies. 


Kindall Sewell-Murphy (she/her)

Kindall Sewell-Murphy is from Selma, Alabama and is here at Eckerd earning a degree in Biology and minoring in Human Development on the Sports Medicine Track. She is the Director of Palmetto Productions, the student activities board, on Eckerd College campus. Palmetto Productions puts together many major events at Eckerd, some to name but not limited to are Halloween Ball, Spring Ball, Kappa Karnival, Spring Concert, and many more! This board is full of fun and amazing leadership roles!! Kindall is also the Vice President of the Afro-American Society here at Eckerd!

Andrew Kennedy (he/him)

Building and Grounds Liaison 


Anthony Kennedy works as the ECOS Building and Grounds Liaison. He is a junior at Eckerd. He is double majoring in Anthropology and Animal Studies. He's from Ann Arbor, Michigan. In his free time, he loves to bird-watch. He also works as the co-president of the Disability Advocacy Coalition.

Jackson Olson (he/him)

Jackson Olson is a sophomore at Eckerd. He is a Spanish major with a possible minor in music. He is the manager to Eckerd's very own radio station! The manager oversees all operations of the radio station from scheduling, equipment maintenance, DJs, and much more.


Madelyn Outman (she/her)

Director  of Health and Wellness - 


Madelyn Outman is a sophomore at Eckerd this year. She is majoring in Political Science with minors in coastal management, law and justice and French. A fun fact about her is she went backpacking through the Smokies this past Summer! The Director of Health and Wellness for ECOS designs and maintains events regarding the mental health and overall wellness of the students on campus. Students are free to express any needs on campus in regards to their wellbeing. They accommodate students as much as possible and instill a healthy lifestyle. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to nutrition education, bystander intervention, and mental health.

Lily Schwartz (she/her)

Director of Athletic Relations 


Lily Schwartz is a double major in Environmental Studies and Political Science. She is a member of the Eckerd Sailing Team. She is responsible for making athletic events as fun as possible and works to draw in people to support the sports teams.

Riley Anthony (she/her)

Director of Campus Relations 


Riley Anthony runs a committee of student representatives around campus. She listens to their updates, projects, and/or plans they are working on. She is the one they keep in touch with if they need something.
